The map is drawn, the seat is vacant, and this plan is built to take it first — at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, with MSD as the envisioned partner. This is a concept and a pitch — no letter of intent exists, and no discussions with MSD have taken place.

The Dock Is the Address
